Any software by Spliced Team may not be externally distributed, usage of our assets/software may not be commercial unless stated otherwise
and not redistributed without prior approval.

These terms apply to all our assets and software.
1. Assets
You may only utilize our assets within the context of Spliced Team, where it is clearly visible that the assets were created by us.
Additionally you may not use any of our assets commercially or for own financial gain without receiving prior permission from us.
2. Brand Identity
You may not add wrongful attribution or endorsement to your creations. This includes any mentions that your creations are "official" or
have something to do with Spliced Team.
3. Advertisements
Our assets may not be used for any unrelated purposes within advertisements.
4. Modification
Parts of our software (Spliced, Plugins) may be modified to change the behaviour/look-and-feel of the software.
Source material outside plugins may not be distributed.
These modifications should serve no commercial purpose, such as, but not limited to adverising, gambling or selling gameplay advantages.
You are however allowed to sell exclusive access to a modification for supporters, subscribers, etc.
When creating modifications, our software/source files should not be bundled alongside the modification.
5. Exclusive Content
You are prohibited from distributing assets, source files or binaries which have or have not been modified that are not publicly available
and/or bundled alongside an exclusive release for paying members, developers or exclusive testers.
Recordings of the game are always allowed.
6. Forbidden Content
Any plugin, server or modification may not promote/be centered about following contents:
Mature Content (Pornographic, Real-Money-Gambling), Illegal Content, Excessive "Pay-To-Win", Hateful or any other content that may cause harm to our brand identity.
7. Right of Removal
We may take down any plugin, software or modification or limit access to a server which we believe to be in violation of these guidelines.
